Immaculately clean with white, crispy, fluffy bedding and spotless towels. Well-equipped kitchen with provided tea and coffee. Located near a supermarket and within walking distance to town and beautiful beach. Quiet and peaceful surroundings with comfortable beds. Highly recommended for future visits.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and restful night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed and even included complimentary tea and coffee. the location was perfectly peaceful, offering a tranquil escape from the bustle of the city. It was within a reasonable walking distance from the town center and the beautiful beach, allowing us to explore and enjoy the surroundings.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The outside of the property was unkempt, with an overgrown garden and a broken blind in one of the bedrooms.

Immaculately clean, mind-blowing location near stunning park and beautiful beach. Super comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea. Wow! Great Wi-Fi and off-road parking. Jaw-droppingly close to Morrisons and other supermarkets. Superb base for exploring the area.

The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was very quiet and the town and beach were easily accessible.
On arrival, there were some maintenance issues such as torn doormat and chipped banister. The gardens were overgrown and the back door lacked a light.

Our stay at the three-bedroom house in St Andrews was excellent value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bedding and towels provided were of high quality. The location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets and a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have improved our stay was having a wider variety of breakfast options.

I recently stayed at a lovely house in St Andrews for a few days and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The house was impressively clean and had a nice, modern decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and tumble dryer available. The electric fire added a cozy touch on colder evenings. The location was quiet and it was a pleasant half-hour walk to the beautiful town and beach. Additionally, there were supermarkets nearby for any necessities.

This three, bedroom house is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the main town and gorgeous beach. the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the kitchen is well, equipped with tea and coffee provided, making it easy to prepare meals. the property also has excellent Wi, Fi, perfect for staying connected. there is off, road parking, providing convenience for those with vehicles.
The front and rear gardens could benefit from a little more care and attention.
